JERAD FINCK SIGNS MANAGEMENT AND LABEL DEAL WITH ROCK RIDGE MUSIC; CO-PUBLISHING DEAL SIGNED WITH BMG\/CHRYSALIS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spokane, WA-based pop-rocker Jerad Finck has signed a management and label deal with Newark, NJ-based Rock Ridge Music.\u00a0 Management efforts begin immediately, with Finck\u2019s EP, Stuck In Your Riddle<\/em>, slated for digital release on September 25, 2012, and CD release on October 23, 2012.\u00a0 The 7-song EP will come out via the Rock Ridge Music label arm (with distribution through ADA).\u00a0 Finck joins other management clients such as Tony Lucca, Ingram Hill, Todd Carey, and Matt Duke on the Rock Ridge Music roster.<\/p>\n

Says Finck of the new partnership:\u00a0 \u201cI am excited about my continuing and growing relationship with Rock Ridge. They have been a constant force over the past year and have really pushed me to grow as an artist. \u00a0I am thankful for everything they have done. I can’t believe how far we’ve come over the past year, and now that they are directly involved as management as well, I can hardly wait to see what the next year will hold for us! Ninjas rule.\u201d<\/p>\n

Says Rock Ridge Music CEO Tom Derr about signing Finck:\u00a0 \u201cJerad’s talent and drive is a nice fit into the Rock Ridge family of artists.\u201d<\/p>\n

Finck\u2019s Stuck In Your Riddle<\/em> has been signed to a co-publishing deal with BMG\/Chrysalis, who will represent Finck\u2019s music for film and TV placements.\u00a0 West Coast director of A&R for Fieldhouse\/BMG Jennifer Lyneis says, \u201cI was really blown away by Finck’s music and his proven track record at radio and his many licensing deals in Film and Television. I felt the partnership between him and BMG would be mutually beneficial.\u201d\u00a0 John Loeffler, President of Fieldhouse agrees and said, \u201cWe were completely impressed with his songwriting and were sold after seeing him perform in New York City, we look forward to a long lasting relationship with him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Finck\u2019s music hits with delicious grooves, lush melodies and harmonies and lyrical intelligence. Extremely hard-working, he and his band have completed seven national tours covering over 200,000 road miles and 48 States. \u00a0Finck has been featured in over fifty newspapers and magazines; including CMJ<\/em>, Skope<\/em>, American Songwriter<\/em>, Amplifier<\/em>, Acoustic Magazine<\/em>; has performed on morning TV shows across the country; has had his songs featured in movies and television shows on HBO, ESPN, Discovery, CBS, and NBC, among others; and has released two singles nationally to radio, breaking into the Mediabase Top 40 in multiple formats.\u00a0 His sophomore single \u201cRunaway\u201d achieved breakout success, peaking at #33 in AC, #42 in HOT AC, and #25 in HOT AC Indicator.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Finck’s song \u201cRunaway\u201d was remixed by internationally known DJ\/remixer\/producer DJ Lynwood (Beyonce, Linkin Park, Depeche Mode) and the collaboration landed the song at #3 on the Billboard<\/em> Pop Dance Chart on its debut.\u00a0 Finck is touring in August with Sarah Miles and Ken Yates, leading up to his appearance at the fourth-annual Hotel Carolina in Isle of Palms, SC, in September.\u00a0 Confirmed tour dates are listed below, with more to be announced.<\/p>\n
