ISABEL ROSE RISES ON THE ADULT CONTEMPORARY CHART

New York City Cutting Room Album Release Show Set For September 16th

There’s certainly no trouble with Isabel Rose’s new album, Trouble in Paradise!  The title track, also called “Trouble in Paradise,” moved from #60 to #42 with a bullet this week on the Mediabase Adult Contemporary radio chart.

Produced by legendary Bob Rock, and inspired by a time when America was aglow by Kennedy’s Camelot by day, and lit by the lights of Rat Pack Vegas by night, Trouble in Paradise delivers thirteen tracks that are infectious, charming and completely refreshing.

To celebrate the album on its release date—September 16th—Rose will perform that evening in her hometown of New York City at The Cutting Room.  According to The Nation, fans can expect, “a killer band and an unforgettable chick singer.” Long Island Press describes her live show as:  “’60s style, Vegas cabaret pizzazz and lots and lots of swingy-pop-jazz.”

Press has already been showering Rose with praise for Trouble in Paradise.  The Nation calls the album “a unique mixture of styles… a thoroughly charming experience.  …Produced by Bob Rock and backed by a big Vegasy orchestra, she breathes new life into some wonderful songs that you may not have remembered that you love.”

East Hampton Star proclaims:  “The album’s lush orchestration recalls artists like Michael Buble… and Diana Krall, whose recordings are recorded and mixed by [Al] Schmitt. A 19-time Grammy Award winner, Mr. Schmitt mixed the original ‘Peter Gunn’ for Henry Mancini, and has done it again for Ms. Rose on ‘Trouble in Paradise.’”

Trouble In Paradise (distributed by BDG/RED, a division of Sony Music Entertainment), will be available on iTunes and Amazon and from select distributors starting September 16, 2014.
